Medal bar of 7, from Khedives Sudan, MM into WW2 submarine badges 600 (City of London) SquadronThis unusually interesting full size ribbon bar appears to represent the career of a man whose service began before the First World War and continued well beyond it. Of particular note is the presence of the Khedives Sudan Medal, an award instituted in 1911, which provides an important chronological anchor and suggests pre war or early service campaigning connected with the Sudan. The ribbon bar is further distinguished by the inclusion of the
