Medicine Plate - Turquoise Bear Claw (10") (by New World Trading) Snap pockets and dark hornAncient tradition holds that certain metals have medicinal qualities that help maintain well being. Add this to the healing and spiritual roles that animals and symbols have played in Native American tradition, and you have the Medicine Plate. Each of these gorgeous pieces is hand crafted by a silversmith, hand beating the solid copper plate and then overlaying the copper symbol and richly colored patina. The Bear Claw represents strength and power.
