2023 Domaine Bersan Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Rouge Bottle Quantity:1 Bottle the Pommes d'Amour opens withTASTING NOTES Lifted aromas of red cherry, crushed pepper, and wet stone capture the purity of northern Burgundy Pinot Noir. The palate is bright and finely tuned, with lean red fruit, a hint of iron, and perfectly composed tannins that lend quiet strength. Elegant, mineral, and precise, it balances energy with grace. FOOD PAIRING A beautiful match for roast duck with cherries, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto. Also pairs nicely with alpine cheeses
